Rummage Sale Collection and Setup

It takes time, coordination & most importantly you, our Church Family, to include
youth!!
Please donate, volunteer to support activities, fellowship & community outreach.
Your donation items are greatly appreciated!! But please no clothes, console TV’s, limit electronic baby items
ie. swings (Safety Concerns) & furniture pieces must be reviewed/approved due to size, weight, storage, etc.
Schedule:
Sun 3/9: All can help: After service(s) breakdown the Narthex & Fellowship Hall to support table layout plus
bring stored donation items from Church Shed.
Mon 3/10 thru (LAST DAY) Wed 3/12 Drop off donation items between 9am til Noon – all items are
unpacked & placed on tables or staged for outdoor set-up.
Thurs 3/13 & Fri 3/14 set-up outdoor tables, tent, pallets, load & unload off-site storage items, price items,
tarp, & secure. 9am til time permitting.
Day of Sale Sat 3/15 – Start 7:15am – Put out street/parking signs, cones, etc. Volunteer(s) Prayer. Sale
opens to community 8:00am til 2:00. Box up remaining items for Operation Hope, etc. & reset
Narthex/Fellowship for Sunday Services.
** Preparation Meeting(s) shall be held Wed., Jan 22nd & Wed., Feb 26th @ 5:30pm [All are welcomed to join]
